TALK & TOUR Tabletop by ahgz kicks off in 2026 with a short presentation in the foyer of HoReCa Hall 11.0, showcasing how modern glass design, functional form, and contemporary table culture merge seamlessly – practically, sensorially, and vividly. Sommelier Alexander Kohnen, Managing Director of the International Wine Institute and expert on glassware and tableware trends from TALK & TOUR partner L'Art de Vivre Residenzen, will demonstrate at two differently staged tables how interior design, glass shape, and atmosphere create a perfect overall impression. Together, we will discover (and taste) live how wine glasses influence a wine's aroma, structure, and style. Afterwards, the guided tour will lead to selected manufacturers of porcelain, glassware, and tableware, particularly relevant for the hotel and restaurant industry.
